  项目位处海南岛最南端的三亚，三亚市东北部的海棠湾。

The project is located in Sanya, the southernmost part of Hainan Island, and Haitang Bay in the northeast of Sanya City.

  项目开发的愿景，是为美丽的海棠湾规划和设计一个文体多功能中心，海棠湾“国家海岸一国际休闲度假区”的形象，遵循国家现行规范和相关法规，充分利用现有地形，统一规划，精心设计，按照高起点、高标准进行建设，将项目建成海棠区的地标性建筑，将项目园区建设成为海棠区具有文化气息的旅游打卡点。

The vision of the project development is, to plan and design a multi-functional cultural and sports center for the beautiful Haitang Bay, the
image of Haitang Bay as a "National Coast-International Leisure Resort", follows the current national norms and relevant laws and regulations, makes full use of the existing terrain, makes unified planning and an elaborated design, and carries out construction according to a high
starting point and high standards, so that the project will be built into a landmark building in Haitang District, and the project park will be built into a tourism punch in point with cultural flavor in Haitang District.

  三亚市海棠区文体多功能中心项目将提供：图书馆、文化馆，展览馆，全民健身大楼等建筑物与室外活动场所、绿化休憩场所及道路广场停车场等。

  取材于三亚的市花“三角梅”，为项目塑造成海棠湾的地标。设计追求的是发挥地块的优越条件、尽享景观资源、功能布局合理清晰、建筑造型新韵鲜明。“三角梅”，作为三亚市海棠区文体多功能中心建筑体，造形流畅、有力，同时又应是稳重、平和的。设计目的是体现三亚市海菜区文体多功能中心的功能和成为海棠湾的象征。

Bougainvillea, the city flower of Sanya, is used as the landmark of Haitang Bay for the project. What the design pursues is to give full play to the superior conditions of the plot, enjoy the landscape resources, have a reasonable and clear functional layout, and have a distinctive architectural style.

  设计灵感来源于三亚市花三角梅，建筑的形式和颜色均模仿了三角梅花瓣盛开的样子，三个“花瓣”分别对应三个场馆：文化馆、图书馆、体育馆。这三个场馆通过文化广场和穿插体块之间的连廊形成连接，三个场馆功能独立又相互联系，使建筑群与城市周边各界面形成无缝的衔接。外部和内部空间相互交错。

The design inspiration comes from Sanya flower Bougainvillea. The form and color of the building imitate the appearance of Bougainvillea petals in full bloom. The three "petals" correspond to three venues: Cultural Center, library and gymnasium. The three venues are connected through the corridor between the cultural square and the interleaved blocks. The functions of the three venues are independent and interconnected,
making the building complex seamlessly connected with the interfaces around the city. The outer and inner spaces are intertwined.

  将文体综合体分割为三个体块，能够为文体中心赋予更加人性化的尺度，来访者也能够更加自如地在室内和室外空间转换。毎栋建筑都拥有一个核心区域一一并通过半透月的弧形走廊进行连接，将公共室内空间与广场的景观融合为一个整体，并进一步将文体中心与城市景观融合。

Dividing the stylistic complex into three individual blocks can give a more humanized scale to the stylistic center, and visitors can also switch
between indoor and outdoor spaces more freely. Each building has a core area one by one and is connected through a semi-transparent arc
corridor, which integrates the public indoor space and the landscape of the square into a whole, and further integrates the cultural and sports
center with the urban landscape.
